Do I need a permit?
Yes. Most cities in Washington require permits for ADUs/DADUs. We handle that.
Do you build the DADU too?
We work with licensed general contractors who can handle the build. You can use your own GC — or choose one of ours.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Seattle Area, including King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties. We also offer plans adapted for other U.S. regions.
